SRSD
The Single Record Student Database (SRSD) contains information relating to elementary, middle school and
high school students statewide. SRSD will replace paper-based
data collection and reduce the number of data forms that need to be
submitted for each student. The State gathers student data from
school districts three times each year. Beginning in February 2002, the
SRSD will be used to determine pupil membership and headcounts.
