Meet Some Special Children

Some children are short, some are tall.
Some children are tiny, some are large.
Some children are young, some are older.
Some children are fast, some take longer.
Some children learn easily, some need something extra.

Here are some children we know....
Jacob had to be found (Project Find)

Julie needs an early start (MIPP)

Jason is hard to understand (SLI)
Billy has a learning disabilities (LD)
Mark has emotional problems (EI)
Bradley is Autistic (ASD)

Sylvia can't learn as much as others (CI-Mild)

Mike learns very slowly (CI-Moderate)

Christine needs constant attention (CI-Severe)

Beth has many problems (SXI)

Mary has trouble moving (PI)

Larry has health needs (OHI)
Cindy can't see (VI)
Jack has trouble hearing (HI)

Macomb ISD work cooperatively with parents and educators in local school districts to provide special education services to children like these from birth through age 25.
