I agree to to take responsiblity for its care and use. I also agree not to change the device or add to the device. If the device is an iPad or iPod, I agree not to connect to any computer. The EarlyOn location will be responsible for any restoration or back up of the device. Once the device is retured it will wiped. It my understanding that the
MACOMB INTERMEDIATE SCHOOL DISTRICT OWNS
the equipment and will be responsibile for the general maintanence of this device. However it is my responsiblity to pay any costs incurred for repairing damage from loss or abuse of the above mentioned equipment. I also agree to promptly return the equipment to the EarlyOn program when requested.
