School Based Services are medical services provided to Medicaid eligible students with disabilities, serviced in school settings, included in the child's IEP/IFSP, and reimbursable through Medicaid.

The time study design logs what the participant was doing at one moment in time. An RMTS consists of one minute of work done an employee (chosen at random) from among all such minutes of work that have been scheduled for all designated staff statewide.
