Event Description
Participants will gain a better understanding of the different types of trauma that immigrants and refugees often experience both before and after resettling in the United States, and recognize signs and symptoms of trauma. Suggestions for helping English Learners cope with adverse experiences through asset based thinking and social emotional support will be shared and examined.Event Details
