Event Description

Target Audience: K-5 District or Building-based math coaches who support elementary teachers.

The purpose of the Math Coaching Network is to provide math coaches with ongoing professional learning to deepen knowledge surrounding effective evidence-based coaching practices and to engage in a collaborative environment while developing coaching skills centered around the Essential Instructional Practices in Mathematics and the Michigan Math Standards.

The September meeting will be a kick-off for all of the MISD coaching networks facilitated by Julie Steele, one of the authors of Moves For Launching a New Year of Student-Centered Coaching.
