10This event is scheduled for 8:30am to - 3:00pmBuild your STEM culture one book at a time. This workshop will explore how to integrate select children's literature titles with STEM concepts and activities in the 5th grade classroom. Engage in four-unit curriculum full of inventing, engineering, and design thinking! Each book has a corresponding STEM challenge that gently scaffolds for both the teacher and student. Aligned with NGSS, ISTE, SEL and ELA standards - this workshop is approachable and engaging.
